Shiatsu is given through your clothes on a soft mat on the floor. It's best to wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in easily.
​
The whole appointment lasts about 75 mins. There will be time at the beginning and end of the treatment for us to discuss how you are and what you need, and for you to ask any questions you have.

Please be aware that my treatment room is down a steep flight of stairs inside the building.
